Tru by Hilton Panama City Beach

Great location if you're not wanting to pay price of staying right on beach. Beach still minutes away. Great price for what we received. Comfortable King room with walk in shower. We were traveling with our Shorkie too. Big screen TV, clean room, complimentary 24 hour coffee and water available and excellent breakfast included up to 10 am! Every single staff we came in contact with super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed checking in with Chelsea who is so good at her job and friendly.

Enjoyed my stay! Room had a mini fridge but the only other thing missing was a microwave in the rooms. Bed was very comfortable and I was well rested. Overall, I would definitely be staying here again! I don't remember the names of the two front desk agents that checked me in but they were very friendly! Very nice hotel if you're on a budget.

I would give this place ten stars if I could. Amazing place with people who made out stay the best and saved us. I booked and prepaid through trip.com. we arrived a day later than planned, but it was prepaid and they canceled our booking. I call trip customer service and they repeatedly stated they didn't know why it was canceled and that it shouldn't. However, they were unable to reinstate my booking. I worked with Chelcee Rivers at the front desk. She was so patient and understanding. She worked with me and trip to try and reinstate the book game. The only thing that we could do was to get a refund and rebook, but I had gotten a cheaper rate because I had booked the year prior. Chelsea called her supervisor Paul Butler and because the refund would take fourteen days and a new booking with use all the money we had for vacation. They gave me better rates per night than what I had ordered before saving our vacation. This place understands people and their customer service is top notch. There's so many things to do around here.And this hotel is directly in the middle of it all. If you're coming here for a vacation no matter what time of the year this is the place to be. I suggest calling the hotel though and booking directly through them. The rooms are very modern and clean. I love the stand up shower which has great water pressure and the water was hot. There are so many choices when it comes to the breakfast bar, they accommodate for all kinds of dietary restrictions.

Stayed the weekend. The room was clean! Bed was comfy. Basic cable selection, but perfect for Saturday college football. The soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers are better than the small generic soaps you usually get. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast wasn’t bad it’s your typical continental breakfast.

Great hotel, great staff. We will be back. Staff members, Chelsea and Paul, went out if their way to help us in a travel bind. Going over and beyond their call of duty to be sure we were helped and okay. Thank you!!!

The best hotel I’ve stayed. So clean , breakfast was great (a little slow) but great food and delicious coffee that is available throughout the entire day . The pool is a good size and they have floats available for anyone that wants to use it . The rooms were so clean the sheets and pillows and covers were soft and clean bed comfortable . Front desk staff very friendly and professional even during rush hour hours they kept it together and didn’t make you feel like you were bothering them at all & I appreciate that so much . The entire hotel is so clean especially since dogs are allowed the inside and outside is very clean you wouldn’t even think dogs were allowed. I will definitely stay again and will become a member as well . Hilton hotels don’t miss .

We were in town last weekend for a baseball tournament. We arrived Friday afternoon & the gentleman greeted us was very welcoming & friendly. Our room & the property was well kept & everything was clean. Includeding the lobby, pool, gym & the breakfast area. My kids loved the automatic pancake maker and the pool table . The breakfast bar had a good selection for everyone also. The pool was said to be "warmed" but it was a little cooler this weekend & there weren't any floats as others have mentioned. The only thing I will say is our room did smell like a dog, we aren't dog people so after the second day, we were ready to go. And yes, it was clean because I thoroughly checked. I think hotels should reserve floors for travels with pets to prevent this. But overall it was a good stay!

Came to PCB on a last minute weekend and enjoyed our stay. Location was great, short drive to the beach area. Breakfast was great, room clean, coffee in the lobby. The one negative was the window covering is not dark enough so the light gets in from the street lights and sun in the morning.
